Day 3

It feels like we've been here much longer than 3 days. I've had a lot of nice new experiences today. But first of all let me tell you briefly about what went on. The morning was spent at Bryan college. The team got to meet Dennis Miller and got a lecture on Worldview from Dr. Andrews. Bummer we didn't have time to go deeper on that topic. From there we went to NCF for lunch and some intern training session. We met with pastor Randy Nabors and also met James Pickett. Both very nice men. Watched a couple videos about different ministries at NCF. Hang out at the Lesondaks' for almost 2 hours and went to the pastor's house for bbq. Met Mary who still remembers her Slovak phrases and pronounces them perfectly (Pozri moja! Som tucna, drzim dietu!).
Here are the new things - saw my first American squirrel. It was cute! A man thought I was American, told me I had no accent and that it tricked him :) Ate American pizza. There are a couple more things that could be mentioned but I need to go to sleep. I'm still not over jatlag and my body is definitelly freaking out. It hurts! I'm very tired. Peace!

You went to Bryan College?! In Dayton? Did you know I spent the first like, I dunno, 16 years of my life visiting that college for an annual church family conference? Cool.
